Refund policy
You have 24 hours to cancel your order before it is shipped. All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 24 hours, and must be made before the order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final. We do not take returns.

Insurance
We do not insure packages. Please contact us to add insurance to your package before shipment. The Proper Pipe is not liable for any lost packages if the tracking number shows a successful delivery.
Damages and issues
If any items are damaged in transit, they may be returned for refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to send us photos of the package and all contents when you contact us.
Email us at theproperpipecustomerservice@gmail.com with photos, your order number, and any other information to get the process started. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
